It is a Nvidia chipset, seems that linux could not support it smoothly.

Here are the specs for this server:

Dual-Core AMD Opteron™ Processor Model 1210 (1.8 GHz)
512MB DDR2 PC5300
BCM5722 Gigabit NIC
160gb SATA HD
Matrox Graphics, Inc. MGA G200e
nVidia Corporation MCP55 PCI Express bridge
nVidia Corporation MCP55 SATA Controller

Does this mean that the A1200P is not compatible with nVidia chipsets? The error only appears when I load the opvxa1200 module and stops when I unload it.

I think so. Try to browse nVidia website, you could not find linux support stuff.

Try to use Intel chipset.

That is unfortunate. This will make OpenVox hardware harder to sell as nVidia chipsets are becoming more prevalent in more servers. I know nVidia support on Linux is good enough for general operation and Digium or Sangoma cards have no problem with them. You should try to fix your driver.
